3 Generator Paralleling Switchgear Panel

Generator Paralleling Switchgear for Three Generator Sets

The 3-generator paralleling switchgear panel is designed for applications where multiple generator sets operate together to supply a common electrical system. It integrates generator synchronization, control, protection, monitoring and power distribution functions within a centralized floor-standing cabinet.
Each generator set is connected through an individual incomer section, allowing the system to manage generator operation and connection to the common bus according to the project’s control requirements. The cabinet can incorporate generator controllers, main circuit breakers, electrical meters, status indicators, control switches and protection devices based on the required system configuration.
For automatic paralleling operation, the synchronization system monitors key electrical conditions before a generator is connected to the bus. Voltage, frequency and phase conditions must meet the configured synchronization requirements before the corresponding breaker is closed.
The cabinet also provides an organized internal structure for control wiring, terminal blocks and electrical components, making installation and system maintenance more manageable.
Designed for three-phase generator synchronization and power distribution applications, the system can be configured according to generator capacity, system voltage, frequency, breaker ratings, control logic and project electrical drawings.
BOSTENE provides configurable industrial electrical cabinet solutions for projects requiring generator control and power distribution. Final cabinet dimensions, components, protection functions and synchronization configuration should be confirmed according to the project’s electrical drawings and technical requirements.
